Brian Hall, a former Marine, will be sharing with us in honor of Veterans Day. Much of Brian’s business can be credited to his past experience as a Marine and his relationship-based approach and interpersonal skills. It’s no surprise that people relate to people they like and share common interests with. But how do we capitalize on this? It is important to have a sense of identity and to embrace the uniqueness of your skill set. It’s important know your strengths, weaknesses and how to use them both to your advantage. Through the leadership and training Brian received as a Marine he was able to take those principals and apply them directly to his business model, resulting in strong relationships and a sound business practice.
During this monthly luncheon Brian will discuss the following:
– Building your identity as a professional
– Focusing on your strengths not your weaknesses
– Taking action and leading by example
– Building meaningful relationships
– 10 long-term strategies to apply to your business
